Sephora Equipment Operator

1. Operate various types of motorized and manual material handling equipment, including powered industrial trucks, walkie riders, hand jacks, trucks, and carts.
2. Attain and maintain certification for the safe operation of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures.
3. Process orders using equipment and manually as required by business needs.
4. Meet established safety, production, and service level standards.
5. Operate RF terminals to support company operating systems and inventory control procedures.
6. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations to supervisory personnel.
7. Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
8. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
9. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
10. Cross-train in other non-equipment operator job classifications.
11. Assist Maintenance with projects requiring motorized material handling equipment support.

1. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
2. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
3. Familiarity with conventional distribution picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment procedures.

1. Strong motor coordination skills for safe equipment operation.
2. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
3. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor promoting teamwork.
4. Ability to obtain required DOT certifications.

Beginner level experience in warehouse equipment operation is preferred.

Starting base pay is $18.25-$19.55/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
