1. Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
2. Attain and maintain certification for the safe operation of material handling equipment.
3. Process orders using equipment and perform tasks as directed by management.
4. Meet safety, production, and service level standards set by the company.
5. Operate RF terminals to support inventory control procedures.
6. Adhere to safety regulations and report any violations to supervisory personnel.
7. Comply with company loss prevention policies.
8. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime.
9. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.
10. Cross-train in other non-equipment operator roles.
11. Assist maintenance projects requiring motorized equipment support.

1. Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
2. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.

1. Strong motor coordination skills for operating equipment safely.
2. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
3. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Capability to obtain required DOT certifications.

Previous experience in operating equipment within a warehouse setting is preferred.

Starting base pay ranges from $18.25 to $19.55 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
