1. Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
2. Attain required certification for safe operation of equipment and battery changing procedures.
3. Process orders using equipment and manually as needed.
4. Meet established safety, production, and service level standards.
5. Operate RF terminals for inventory control and company operating systems.
6. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations.
7. Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
8. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
9. Respond proactively to direction from leadership and management.
10. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
11. Cross-train in other non-equipment operator roles as required.
12. Assist Maintenance with projects requiring motorized equipment support.

1. Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
2. Ability to obtain all job-required DOT certifications.

4. Effective teamwork and communication skills.

Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Starting base pay is $18.25 - $19.55 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
