1. Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards.
2. Report violations to EHS and Operations leadership and collaborate with Operations to address non-compliance.
3. Implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs tailored to distribution center operations.
4. Research and integrate industry-leading safety practices and innovations.
5. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training attendance, and incident reports.
6. Utilize PowerBI, Excel, and iWarehouse to maintain real-time safety dashboards.
7. Identify patterns in safety data to predict risks and prioritize interventions.
8. Present findings to site and network leadership in clear, actionable reports.
9. Assist with preparing documentation for regulatory audits or corporate EHS reviews.
10. Deliver comprehensive safety training, including onboarding and refreshers.
11. Lead safety huddles, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives.
12. Ensure First Aid/CPR certification and emergency preparedness compliance.
13. Maintain emergency response equipment and evacuation documentation.
14. Conduct job hazard analysis and regular safety inspections.
15. Lead or support incident investigations and implement SMART corrective actions.
16. Address ergonomic risks through assessments and process improvements.
17. Support Workers’ Compensation case management and return-to-work programs.
18. Partner with HR, operations, and maintenance to integrate EHS practices.
19. Participate in safety committees and cross-functional improvement projects.
20. Contribute to sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.

1. 1+ years of related EHS experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing facility.
2. Experience in emergency response; First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
3. Experience with workers compensation case management.
4. Knowledge of distribution operating systems and logistics activities.

The annual base salary range for this position is $55,000.00 - $68,000.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
