1. Partner with Supply, Offer, Marketing, HR, and Finance departments in the EME region to co-develop IT strategies.
2. Ensure alignment of regional IT projects with global IT strategies and strategic plans.
3. Manage the delivery of the roadmap through non-hierarchical leadership of delivery teams.
4. Represent Supply, Offer, and Finance in governance rituals such as Monthly Business and PI Planning.
5. Ensure data and monitoring are included in the project 'definition of done'.
6. Oversee the successful delivery of projects in collaboration with global and regional project managers.
7. Manage the overall budget for back-office initiatives in the region.
8. Implement CODIR-level reporting for regional back-office projects.
9. Directly oversee two service providers without hierarchical management responsibilities.

1. University degree equivalent to BAC+5 or higher.
2. Minimum of 10 years in project management or leadership roles.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Experience in omnichannel B2C retail, with a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics.
