Sephora Enterprise Services Portfolio Manager

- Partner with Supply, Offer, Marketing, HR, and Finance departments in the EME region to co-develop IT strategies.
- Ensure alignment of regional IT projects with global IT strategies and strategic plans.
- Manage the delivery of the roadmap through non-hierarchical leadership of delivery teams.
- Represent Supply, Offer, and Finance in governance rituals such as Monthly Business and PI Planning.
- Ensure data and monitoring are included in the project 'definition of done'.
- Oversee the successful delivery of projects in collaboration with global and regional project managers.
- Manage the overall budget for back-office initiatives in the region.
- Implement CODIR-level reporting for regional back-office projects.
- Directly oversee two service providers without hierarchical management responsibilities.
- University degree equivalent to BAC+5 or higher.
- Minimum of 10 years in project management or leadership roles.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in omnichannel B2C retail, with a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics.
- High agility and decision-making capability.
- Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and clients.
- Recognized managerial and leadership abilities.
- High level of autonomy and responsiveness.
- Enhanced analytical skills and proactive approach.
- Attention to detail and precision.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or leadership roles, particularly in omnichannel B2C retail with a focus on supply chain and logistics.
University degree equivalent to BAC+5 or higher.
