- Lead the technical architecture, design, and development of complex features for omni-channel Marketplace and Partnership APIs.
- Mentor and manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of growth, integrity, and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of Sephora’s systems.
- Strategically plan and prioritize project backlogs, allocating tasks and tracking execution.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and onsite liaison for projects.
- Develop secure, high-quality production code and participate in code reviews.
- Drive conversations with offshore teams and ensure task completion.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience in planning, designing, and delivering enterprise solutions.
- Strong experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Experience in designing cloud-based applications using microservices architecture.
- Experience leading and managing engineering teams.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integrations.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE and Spring frameworks.
- Expertise in cloud-based application design, preferably on MS Azure.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with microservices architecture and best practices.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools like Splunk and Nagios.
A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise solution development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
The annual base salary ranges from $156,150 to $192,900, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
