1. Conduct confidential investigations related to workplace complaints and policy violations, recommending appropriate actions.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution, providing guidance and recommendations.
3. Analyze data and collaborate with key partners to identify solutions for recurring themes or issues.
4. Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on policy compliance.
5. Support internal projects and initiatives as needed.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 4+ years of experience in Retail Employee Relations or Human Resources.
3. 2+ years of experience in Retail Workplace Investigations.
4. 3+ years of experience in Conduct and Performance Management.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in problem-solving, mediation, and conflict resolution.
3. Interpersonal relationship building.

A minimum of 4 years in Retail Employee Relations or Human Resources, with at least 2 years in workplace investigations and 3 years in conduct and performance management.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

The annual base salary range is $132,005.00 - $147,535.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
