Experience Requirements

A minimum of 4 years in Retail Employee Relations or Human Resources, with at least 2 years in workplace investigations and 3 years in conduct and performance management.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Compensation

The annual base salary range is $132,005.00 - $147,535.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
