1. Lead employee relations matters including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary cases, ensuring fair, timely, and consistent resolution.
2. Partner with HR Business Partners to support Store Managers and field leaders in managing employee matters effectively and confidently.
3. Review and develop HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UK employment law and alignment with people-first values.
4. Coach and upskill managers in employee relations best practices, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
5. Support engagement and inclusion initiatives that foster a positive working environment across stores.
6. Analyze employee relations trends and data, identifying opportunities to improve culture, policies, and ways of working.
7. Deliver clear, confident guidance to all levels of the business on sensitive or complex people issues.

1. Deep experience in employee relations with a strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
2. Experience working in a retail or customer-focused environment.

2. Calm, solutions-focused approach to resolving conflict.
3. Ability to work independently while partnering closely with key stakeholders.
4. Natural communicator and coach with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.

Significant experience in employee relations, particularly within a retail or customer-focused environment, with a strong grasp of UK employment law and HR policy.
