1. Implement the Employer Branding strategy.
2. Plan, manage, and deploy internal communication initiatives.
3. Create content for internal communication assets.
4. Implement company engagement and satisfaction tools such as surveys.
5. Develop and maintain partnerships with key universities and stakeholders.
6. Contribute to the LVMH Committee Italy for a broader employer branding strategy.
7. Manage all company communication channels including LinkedIn, Workplace, and university websites.
8. Oversee the LinkedIn editorial plan in synergy with the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the Sephora Internal Communication Committee EME Region.
9. Design and implement engaging activities for employees.
10. Ensure and monitor a positive working environment.
11. Act as an ambassador of the company's values and culture.

1. 2-3 years of experience in communication, employer branding, or events planning.
2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

1. Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.

Minimum of 3 years in communication, employer branding, or events planning.
