Sephora EME Operations Assistant (Apprenticeship)

- Collect, consolidate and disseminate operations best practices across the EME zone.
- Maintain and update the EME Operations Book for all countries in the zone.
- Analyze and report monthly on stock depreciation and inventory trends.
- Monitor and interpret in-store performance KPIs; deliver actionable insights to country teams.
- Support the development and rollout of operational and digital initiatives (Elabels, Mobile POS, Self Checkout, Skin Diagnosis, etc.).
- Produce executive-grade presentations and market analyses for EME steering committees and monthly country meetings.
- Provide regular operational support to EME Operations teams and act as a day-to-day contact for queries.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring deadlines, stakeholders and deliverables are managed.
- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a business school or equivalent programme (Bachelor/Master) and available for a 12- or 24-month apprenticeship beginning September 2026.
- First professional experience or internship in commercial analysis, retail operations or a related function.
- Strong interest in retail and working within an international, multi-market environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational skills, autonomy, rigor and a proactive mindset.

Entry-level; candidate should have at least one internship or initial professional experience in commercial analysis or operations, ideally within retail or a multi-country organisation.
Enrollment in a business school or equivalent higher-education programme (Bachelor or Master level) suitable for an alternance/apprenticeship.
