Sephora Education Manager

- Translate the regional Sephora University strategy for market deployment.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning gaps among retail employees.
- Adapt and implement comprehensive education programs for retail employees, including onboarding.
- Facilitate the transfer of learning to ensure employees are equipped with necessary skills.
- Lead and manage a team of education specialists, providing guidance and professional development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs through assessments and feedback.
- Oversee the development and management of educational resources, including training materials and technology.
- Collaborate with regional and in-country stakeholders to align program goals and outcomes.
- Manage the education department’s budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora’s standards and industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in program design and delivery.
- Prepare and present reports on program performance and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in educational program management within the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning and development concepts.
- Experience in digital and social learning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and Office 365.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
Minimum of 10 years in educational program management, curriculum development, and team leadership within the beauty or retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
