Sephora Education Executive

- Adapt, deploy, and embed comprehensive education programs and initiatives for Sephora’s retail employees.
- Ensure programs and initiatives are engaging, effective, and aligned with Sephora’s brand values and standards.
- Implement strategies to assess and facilitate the transfer of learning on the job.
- Observe, coach, and provide feedback to retail employees to equip them with necessary knowledge and skills.
- Support and follow up on education programs with regular skill assessments and evaluations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs through assessments, feedback, and data analysis.
- Implement improvements and best practices to enhance program quality and impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store teams, brand partners, and corporate functional partners.
- Stay up to date on beauty trends and developments in adult education and the retail industry.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in program design and delivery.
- Prepare and present reports on program performance, outcomes, and impact.
- Manage educational resources, including training materials, technology, and facilities.
- Administer and maintain Sephora’s Learning Management System.
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive training schedule to maximize participation across Sephora’s retail network.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience within a learning/education function, preferably in the retail beauty industry.
- Knowledge of contemporary adult learning and development concepts and instructional design principles.
- Experience in digital and social learning preferred.
- Strong understanding of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and solution-oriented.
- Client-centric with a commercial mindset and ability to drive business KPIs through people development.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and software, including Office 365.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
