- Lead A/B testing campaigns and implement optimisation initiatives using Dynamic Yield and other advanced tools.
- Collaborate with UX, BI&A, and CRM teams to ensure seamless execution of personalisation strategies.
- Enhance customer experience by optimising CMS templates and briefing new features for both mobile and desktop platforms.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Quantum Metric and Google Analytics to identify optimisation opportunities and refine strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with UX, Tech, and Analytics teams to prioritize and execute projects.
- Act as a liaison with Dynamic Yield and other partners to drive innovation and maintain industry leadership.
- 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce with a focus on optimisation and personalisation.
- Technical proficiency in HTML, QA processes, and content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in eCommerce analytics tools.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on profitability and performance.
- Team-oriented attitude with self-motivation and adaptability.
2–3 years of eCommerce experience, specializing in optimisation and personalisation.
