- Lead and manage a team of e-merchandising experts, setting strategic objectives and fostering skill development.
- Cultivate a collaborative leadership culture, inspiring team members to excel in a supportive environment.
- Instill a data-driven mindset, guiding the team in adopting best practices for data collection and analysis.
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks while maintaining strategic alignment with business goals.
- Define and manage the e-merchandising strategy in collaboration with stakeholders across marketing, product, and regional teams.
- Implement processes and best practices to streamline communication and support local teams.
- Oversee relationships with key partners, ensuring service quality and promoting data-driven performance optimization.
- Promote a data-driven culture through test-and-learn initiatives to enhance site performance, conversion, and engagement.
- Collaborate with Data and Growth teams to develop effective analytical tools and methods.
- Continuously optimize processes through iterative test-and-learn programs with the CRO team.
- Plan and implement e-merchandising projects in collaboration with the Product EME team.
- Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
- Over 7 years of experience, including 3-4 years in team management within a digital or e-commerce environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Pragmatic approach with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Solid analytical skills and a strategic, data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CMS; knowledge of SFCC, personalization tools, searchandising, and Ratings & Reviews is advantageous.
- Fluency in French and English.
Over 7 years of experience in digital or e-commerce environments, with at least 3-4 years in team management roles.
Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
