1. Support the E-Commerce team in daily operations for maintaining and updating Sephora's e-commerce platforms across Germany, Sweden, Denmark, and Switzerland.
2. Collaborate with international external partners such as Manor in Switzerland and Magasin in Denmark.
3. Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the online product assortment.
4. Contribute to the execution of digital animation and promotion plans.
5. Aid in the creation of banners and marketing materials.
6. Conduct UX and performance analyses for the website and app.

1. Completion of the first three semesters in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1. Interest in E-Commerce
2. Strong communication and organizational skills
3. Proficiency in Excel
4. Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
5. Ability to conduct conversations in English

No prior experience required, but an interest in E-Commerce is essential.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
