- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy for growth, including new product introductions and strategic brand expansion.
- Manage the online channel assortment, planning promotions, launches, and animations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Drive sales through paid and owned marketing channels, including email, mobile tactics, and site strategies.
- Collaborate with brands to maximize online sales through additional dotcom-only products and incremental marketing opportunities.
- Interpret and communicate management direction to team members, ensuring timely development of initiatives.
- Leverage data insights and analytics tools to drive performance and optimize the on-site experience.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing opportunities, and consumer expectations.
- Establish strong partnerships with Category Merchants and the US Team to ensure alignment with Canada's needs.
- Work closely with the planning team to align brand objectives with inventory investment.
- Foster a work environment that embodies Sephora values and lead direct reports effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in retail management or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in e-commerce, merchandising, category management, or digital retail.
- Solid understanding of merchandising principles, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple launches or campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with a willingness to take calculated risks and seek new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in communication and negotiation.
- Technical savvy with proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding of the Canadian marketplace and vendor organization, including knowledge of Health Canada regulations.
At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, category management, or digital retail.
Bachelor's degree or college diploma in retail management or a related field; MBA preferred.
