- Drive online sales for assigned brands and categories.
- Develop and execute online strategies through owned marketing channels.
- Report regularly on performance metrics.
- Maintain strong relationships with brands, retail merchants, marketing, and e-commerce teams.
- Negotiate and implement strategies for the online channel.
- Collaborate with brands to maximize online sales and explore additional marketing opportunities.
- Partner with the inventory team to review budgets and forecast new products.
- Work with the e-commerce team on site enhancements and special projects.
- Develop, mentor, and train Assistant Merchants and Merchandise Coordinators.
- Stay current with online merchandising trends and best practices.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail merchandising or buying.
- Experience in online merchandising or marketing preferred.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Exemplary analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and resolve issues effectively.
Minimum of 5 years in retail merchandising or buying, with a strong preference for online merchandising or marketing experience.
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00 - $126,000.00, with potential bonuses based on performance and other factors.
