Sephora E-Commerce Logistics Supervisor

- Supervise and coordinate all e-commerce logistics activities, including storage, distribution, and product delivery.
- Manage inventory and ensure accuracy in stock records.
- Implement and optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage the logistics team, providing training and continuous development.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and logistics partners to ensure high-quality service.
- Resolve issues and manage incidents related to product shipping and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the e-commerce team to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee operational projections versus monthly forecasts.
- Record and track e-commerce order incidents.
- Administer reverse logistics, including the registration and tracking of returns and refunds.
- Manage the payment process for e-commerce suppliers.
- University degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Deep knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain management.
- Leadership skills and experience in team management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management tools and software.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and preferably SAP.
- KPI management expertise.
- Personnel management skills.
Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector.
University degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
