1. Supervise and coordinate all e-commerce logistics activities, including storage, distribution, and product delivery.
2. Manage inventory and ensure accuracy in stock records.
3. Implement and optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
6. Manage the logistics team, providing training and continuous development.
7. Coordinate with external suppliers and logistics partners to ensure high-quality service.
8. Resolve issues and manage incidents related to product shipping and delivery.
9. Collaborate closely with the e-commerce team to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
10. Oversee operational projections versus monthly forecasts.
11. Record and track e-commerce order incidents.
12. Administer reverse logistics, including the registration and tracking of returns and refunds.
13. Manage the payment process for e-commerce suppliers.

1. University degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
3. Deep knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain management.

3. Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
4. Proficiency in logistics and inventory management tools and software.
5. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and preferably SAP.
8. KPI management expertise.
9. Personnel management skills.

Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector.

University degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
