- Support and manage e-commerce growth across Europe and the Middle East.
- Collaborate with various countries and functions to define and execute the strategic e-commerce plan.
- Analyze results and adapt e-commerce strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Understand and anticipate market trends and competitive landscape.
- Identify growth and profitability opportunities, providing key insights to the EME region and local markets.
- Implement a data-driven 'test and learn' methodology to enhance performance and engagement.
- Work closely with Offer and Marketing teams to co-create long-term recruitment and retention strategies.
- Proactively support local e-commerce teams in managing their business and profitability strategies.
- Prepare and co-host e-commerce business reviews by country with local management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive plan to achieve customer attraction, conversion, and retention goals.
- Deepen customer segmentation analysis to define effective central guidelines focused on long-term customer value.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners in the EME region.
- Ensure understanding and deployment of central guidelines within regional countries.
- Identify and track KPIs to improve performance dashboards.
- Drive growth through in-depth data analysis across web, app, and acquisition channels.
- Be a key ambassador for the Sales Formula, optimizing customer strategy and engaging local teams.
- Master's degree in Commerce or related field.
- Significant experience in similar roles (over 7 years).
- Fluency in French and English.
- Expertise in MS Office tools (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Passion for digital and e-commerce with strong knowledge of web and app best practices.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Autonomous and rigorous with proven cross-functional results.
- Ability to build relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Over 7 years of significant experience in similar roles, with a strong background in e-commerce and digital strategies.
Master's degree in Commerce or related field.
