1. Define, execute, and enhance the EME e-commerce strategy in collaboration with the E-commerce Director.
2. Challenge, monitor, and adapt the e-commerce strategy through competitive analysis and strategic insights.
3. Prepare and co-lead e-commerce business reviews and identify actions for continuous growth.
4. Understand the competitive landscape and anticipate market trends.
5. Identify growth opportunities and provide market insights to affiliates and global strategy.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to construct comprehensive 360° plans to achieve consumer objectives.
7. Maintain stakeholder relationships with EME and regional partners.
8. Focus on customer segmentation to implement successful central guidelines.
9. Enhance key KPIs and implement performance monitoring dashboards.
10. Generate growth through data insights on digital touchpoints.
11. Manage a team of 4 experts in monitoring results and analyzing trends.

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree (4/5 years)
2. Significant experience (>10 years) in a similar position
3. Expertise in managing E-commerce P&L
4. Strong general knowledge of web and mobile app best practices
5. Fluency in French and English

Significant experience of over 10 years in a similar position, with expertise in managing E-commerce P&L and a strong understanding of web and mobile app best practices.
