Sephora E-Commerce Executive

- Manage the execution of below-the-line marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign management across Sephora’s channels.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to implement e-commerce campaign initiatives.
- Develop campaign concepts for EDMs, App, Onsite, and Paid channels.
- Execute campaign mapping for AU and NZ markets across Onsite, App, and Email.
- Work with regional creative teams and design agencies to develop creative briefs.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of campaign banners and website content.
- Coordinate e-commerce promotions and gift with purchase setups with internal teams.
- Collaborate on new brand launches and e-commerce support planning.
- Evaluate metrics and provide insights for performance optimization.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
- Assist in additional e-commerce and operational initiatives as needed.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital campaign management, or marketing.
- Experience with the Australian beauty retail market.
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and conduct experiments.
- History of executing end-to-end campaign management.
- Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in managing external parties.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital campaign management, or marketing, preferably within the beauty and/or retail sector.
