1. Support the E-Commerce team in daily operations, maintaining and updating Sephora's E-Commerce platforms for Germany, Sweden, Denmark, and Switzerland.
2. Collaborate with international external partners such as Manor (Switzerland) and Magasin (Denmark).
3. Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the online product assortment.
4. Contribute to the execution of digital animation and promotion plans.
5. Aid in the creation of banners and marketing materials.
6. Conduct UX and performance analyses for the website and app.

1. Completion of the first four semesters in a degree program related to Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field.

1. Strong communication and organizational skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel.
3. Interest in E-Commerce.
4. Creative design skills, preferably with Photoshop.
5. Fluency in English and excellent German language skills.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background and skills are essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
