Sephora E-Commerce Content and Activation Specialist

- Manage and coordinate the activation plan for the e-commerce site and app.
- Receive and process information from central teams.
- Define activation strategies in collaboration with the animation coordinator.
- Create and review creative briefs for site and app animations.
- Ensure internal validation for web animation development.
- Implement e-merchandising strategies for assigned product categories.
- Launch commercial animations on Sephora.fr and the Sephora App.
- Recommend new content and features to enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate with central teams to set up event landing pages.
- Create dedicated landing pages with product selections in collaboration with offer and e-merch teams.
- Contribute assets to back-office tools such as DCM and SFCC.
- Highlight products through search, recommendations, and promotions.
- Update navigation menus regularly.
- Conduct daily testing of current and upcoming site and app animations.
- Develop GWP and Try & Buy initiatives for assigned categories.
- Configure and test promotions for site and app.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for assigned categories.
- Analyze commercial animations and key events.
- Communicate effectively with operations, logistics, marketing, CRM, and offer teams regarding activations and stock.
- Identify and resolve issues with IT and EME experts.
- Stay informed on e-commerce trends.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in e-merchandising or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to adapt to changes and manage unforeseen challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and CMS.
- Experience with Page Designer, SFCC (Demandware), and Content Square.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
2-3 years of experience in e-merchandising or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business or a related field.
