- Assist in monthly financial closing activities in collaboration with operational and accounting teams.
- Coordinate with the IT department to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to understand costs and process accounting entries.
- Draft monthly commentary on IT department cost management.
- Prepare materials and present results at monthly closing meetings.
- Report and analyze E-commerce financial indicators, including P&L and KPIs.
- Consolidate key financial indicators such as conversion rates, average basket size, and traffic during closing phases.
- Analyze and consolidate country reports during forecasting phases.
- Provide E-commerce performance presentations.
- Coordinate with operational teams to manage OPEX and CAPEX by nature.
- Analyze variances in actual and forecast phases.
- Support IT and E-commerce operational managers in budget line analysis.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses based on departmental and project needs.
- Pursuing a final-year internship or gap year in business school or university with a specialization in Finance, Audit, or Management Control.
- Curiosity, motivation, dynamism, and rigor.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in information systems.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
No prior professional experience is required, but relevant academic coursework or projects in finance or management control are advantageous.
