Sephora District Manager

1. Develop and implement business strategies to maximize sales potential across approximately 12-15 stores.
2. Recruit, develop, and manage store management teams to ensure maximum profitability and compliance with company objectives.
3. Create action plans to increase profit and control variable expenses by evaluating the P&L monthly.
4. Understand the competitive retail landscape and create opportunities to address business challenges.
5. Provide recommendations for growth opportunities to the Regional VP/Regional Director.
6. Ensure adherence to standard operational procedures, loss prevention policies, and human resource guidelines.
7. Conduct store visits to evaluate and identify business opportunities for sales growth, profitability, and client service improvement.
8. Establish relationships with key partners to ensure district needs are met and sales and profitability are maximized.
9. Network, recruit, interview, and select management-level candidates to ensure a strong bench of candidates.
10. Execute succession plans to support company growth.
11. Ensure comprehensive training in product knowledge and company training modules for all staff.
12. Appraise and acknowledge performance through annual performance appraisals and merit increases.
13. Train, coach, motivate, and lead teams to deliver outstanding client service standards.
14. Conduct monthly one-on-one conversations with Store Directors to create individual development plans.
15. Partner with Human Resources to conduct climate surveys and resolve employee relations issues.
16. Collaborate with District Trainer to create a cohesive education strategy tailored to individual store requirements.

1. 3-5 years of multi-store management experience in a highly complex, fast-paced business environment.

5. Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders.
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel 50-75%.
7. Proficiency in basic computer skills including Windows, Word, and Excel.
8. Proven ability to manage time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.

3-5 years of multi-store management experience in a highly complex, fast-paced business environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $127,500.00 - $142,500.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
