Sephora District Manager

- Manage and optimize business strategies across a district of 8 stores.
- Recruit and develop management personnel and store teams.
- Conduct store visits to evaluate and identify business opportunities.
- Network, recruit, interview, and select management-level candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company objectives and policies.
- Deliver annual performance appraisals and merit increases.
- Train, coach, motivate, and lead teams to deliver outstanding client service.
- Develop strategies to maximize sales potential and adjust payroll accordingly.
- Create action plans to increase profit and control variable expenses.
- Ensure adherence to standard operational procedures and loss prevention policies.
- Establish relationships with key corporate partners.
- Demonstrate Sephora Values in all interactions.
- 3 – 5 years of multi-store management experience in a complex business environment or exceptional performance in a Sephora Store Director role.
- Proven ability to create and develop teams to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
- Proficient in basic computer skills including Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Time management skills to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
3 – 5 years of multi-store management experience in a highly complex business environment or exceptional performance in a Sephora Store Director role.
