District Manager

1. Manage and maximize business strategies for a district of 8 stores.
2. Recruit and develop management personnel and store teams.
3. Conduct store visits to evaluate and identify business opportunities.
4. Network, recruit, interview, and select management level candidates.
5. Ensure mandatory training for all district personnel.
6. Deliver annual performance appraisals and merit increases.
7. Train, coach, motivate, and lead district teams.
8. Conduct monthly one-on-one conversations with managers for development.
9. Partner with Human Resources to resolve employee relations issues.
10. Develop strategies to maximize sales potential.
11. Create action plans to increase profit and control expenses.
12. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and policies.
13. Establish relationships with key corporate partners.
14. Demonstrate Sephora Values in all interactions.

1. 3 – 5 years multi-store management experience in a complex business environment or exceptional performance in Sephora Store Director role.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to create and develop teams.
4. Proficient in basic computer skills including Windows, Word, and Excel.
5. Ability to manage time and execute multiple tasks.

3 – 5 years of multi-store management experience in a highly complex business environment or exceptional performance in a Sephora Store Director role.
