1. Manage and optimize business strategies across a district of 8 stores.
2. Recruit and develop management personnel and store teams.
3. Conduct store visits to evaluate and identify business opportunities.
4. Network, recruit, interview, and select management-level candidates.
5. Ensure compliance with company objectives and policies.
6. Deliver annual performance appraisals and merit increases.
7. Train, coach, motivate, and lead teams to deliver outstanding client service.
8. Develop strategies to maximize sales potential and adjust payroll accordingly.
9. Create action plans to increase profit and control variable expenses.
10. Ensure adherence to standard operational procedures and loss prevention policies.
11. Establish relationships with key corporate partners.
12. Demonstrate Sephora Values in all interactions.

1. 3 – 5 years of multi-store management experience in a complex business environment or exceptional performance in a Sephora Store Director role.
2. Proven ability to create and develop teams to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
3. Proficient in basic computer skills including Windows, Word, and Excel.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Time management skills to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.

3 – 5 years of multi-store management experience in a highly complex business environment or exceptional performance in a Sephora Store Director role.
