Sephora District Manager

- Drive and monitor consistent sales growth by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for Store Managers, focusing on leadership, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational performance and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
- Implement feedback mechanisms and ensure customer insights inform store operations.
- Partner with FSC and brand teams to plan events and promotions that drive traffic to stores.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Minimum of 5 years in a multi-unit leadership role.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing P&L statements.
- Inspire and motivate diverse teams, driving performance and accountability.
- Use data analysis tools to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Make quick, data-driven decisions using critical thinking.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 5 years in a multi-unit leadership role with proven success in achieving sales targets and managing P&L statements.
The annual base salary range for this position is $139,700.00 - $164,300.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
