1. Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the successful operation of all stores within the district.
2. Set and achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability and controlling expenses.
3. Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and implement improvement initiatives.
4. Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a District Manager or similar role within the beauty industry.
3. Experience managing multiple stores simultaneously, with a minimum of 5 stores preferred.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
