1. Oversee and inspire 10 retail stores across 4 states, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
2. Drive sales growth by analyzing KPIs and implementing effective strategies.
3. Design and lead training programs for Store Managers, focusing on leadership and customer service.
4. Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
5. Utilize customer feedback to inform operations and build strong client relationships.
6. Collaborate with brand teams to plan events and promotions.
7. Analyze market trends and competitors to uncover growth opportunities.

1. Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
2. Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing P&L statements.

At least 5 years of experience in multi-unit leadership, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing financial statements.

The annual base salary ranges from $127,500 to $142,500, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
