Sephora District Manager

- Oversee and inspire 10 retail stores in metro Atlanta, GA, and Alabama, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Drive and monitor sales growth by analyzing KPIs and implementing effective strategies to meet or exceed district sales targets.
- Design and lead training programs for Store Managers, focusing on leadership, product expertise, and customer service.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Utilize feedback mechanisms and customer insights to inform operations and build strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with FSC and brand teams to plan events and promotions that attract customers.
- Study market trends and competitors to uncover growth opportunities and develop strategic plans.
- At least 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing P&L statements.
- Leadership and motivational skills to inspire diverse teams.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Problem-solving skills for timely, data-driven decisions.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail analytics software.
- Passion for the beauty industry and current trends.

A minimum of 5 years in multi-unit leadership roles within the retail sector, with a proven track record in sales target achievement and P&L management.
The annual base salary range for this position is $145,000.00 - $169,000.00, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance and other factors.
