Sephora District Asset Protection Manager

- Develop and implement asset protection strategies to minimize shrink, focusing on high-risk stores.
- Analyze asset protection activities and shrink performance to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with store and field leadership to address shrink issues with actionable plans.
- Oversee store evaluations and asset protection programs.
- Conduct training sessions on shrink awareness and asset protection strategies.
- Ensure compliance with asset protection and operational procedures.
- Investigate internal dishonesty, fraud, or criminal acts using established procedures.
- Manage asset protection systems, ensuring they are operational and properly utilized.
- Recruit, manage, and develop Asset Protection Partners and Team Leads.
- Conduct root cause analysis for physical inventories and develop plans to reduce shrink.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive asset protection/loss prevention experience in a multi-unit retail environment.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of handling sensitive asset protection issues ethically.
- Understanding of criminal and civil law as it applies to the retail environment.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required.
- Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and auditing skills.
- Capability to formulate plans, policies, or procedures clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency with computer technology including asset protection applications and MS Office.
- Formal training and certification in Wicklander-Zulawski interview techniques.
A minimum of 3-5 years in asset protection or loss prevention within a multi-unit retail environment is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
The compensation ranges between CAD$87,900 - CAD93,100, with potential performance-based bonus opportunities.
