1. Implement programs to safeguard company assets and ensure safety across assigned locations.
2. Hire, train, and manage Store Asset Protection Associates.
3. Develop and execute Asset Protection strategies to minimize shrinkage, with a focus on high-risk stores.
4. Analyze Asset Protection activities and shrink performance to identify improvement areas.
5. Collaborate with store and regional management to address shrinkage issues with effective action plans.
6. Conduct store audits and training programs for staff on shrinkage and Asset Protection.
7. Ensure compliance with Asset Protection and operational procedures to protect company assets.
8. Investigate discrepancies, fraud, or criminal acts, and develop cases for potential criminal prosecution.
9. Maintain and utilize Asset Protection systems, including CCTV and alarms.
10. Build relationships with retailers, industry groups, police departments, and mall security teams.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset protection within multi-unit retail environments.
2. Strong leadership skills to develop cohesive Asset Protection teams.
3. Proven ability to handle sensitive Asset Protection issues ethically and discreetly.
4. Experience in emergency and crisis management.
5. Ability to develop clear and concise plans, policies, or procedures.
6. Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time, including overnight travel.

1. Analytical skills and proficiency with computer technology, including MS Office and retail systems.
2. Strong interviewing skills, preferably with Wicklander-Zulawski certification.
3. Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.

A minimum of 3 years in asset protection within multi-unit retail environments is required.

The annual base salary ranges from $96,390 to $107,730, with potential bonuses based on various factors.
