Sephora District Asset Protection Manager

- Implement programs to safeguard company assets and ensure safety across assigned locations.
- Hire, train, and manage Store Asset Protection Associates.
- Develop and execute Asset Protection strategies to minimize shrinkage, with a focus on high-risk stores.
- Analyze Asset Protection activities and shrink performance to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with store and regional management to address shrinkage issues with effective action plans.
- Conduct store audits and training programs for staff on shrinkage and Asset Protection.
- Ensure compliance with Asset Protection and operational procedures to protect company assets.
- Investigate discrepancies, fraud, or criminal acts, and develop cases for potential criminal prosecution.
- Maintain and utilize Asset Protection systems, including CCTV and alarms.
- Build relationships with retailers, industry groups, police departments, and mall security teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset protection within multi-unit retail environments.
- Strong leadership skills to develop cohesive Asset Protection teams.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive Asset Protection issues ethically and discreetly.
- Experience in emergency and crisis management.
- Ability to develop clear and concise plans, policies, or procedures.
- Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time, including overnight travel.
- Analytical skills and proficiency with computer technology, including MS Office and retail systems.
- Strong interviewing skills, preferably with Wicklander-Zulawski certification.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
A minimum of 3 years in asset protection within multi-unit retail environments is required.
The annual base salary ranges from $96,390 to $107,730, with potential bonuses based on various factors.
