Sephora District Asset Protection Manager

- Develop and implement effective asset protection strategies to mitigate shrinkage, with a focus on high-risk stores.
- Analyze asset protection activities and shrink performance to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with store and regional management to address shrinkage issues with actionable plans.
- Conduct store audits and training programs for staff on asset protection and theft deterrence.
- Ensure compliance with asset protection and operational procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Investigate discrepancies and potential fraud, utilizing exception-based reporting systems.
- Manage and develop store asset protection associates, recruiting new staff as needed.
- Cultivate relationships with retailers, industry groups, and law enforcement.
- Demonstrate Sephora's values in all professional interactions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset protection within multi-unit retail environments.
- Proven management and leadership skills to develop cohesive asset protection teams.
- Experience handling sensitive asset protection issues with discretion and ethical integrity.
- Proficiency in developing clear plans, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time, including overnight stays.
- Analytical skills and proficiency with asset protection applications and MS Office.
- Strong interviewing skills, including Wicklander-Zulawski certification.
- Expertise in crisis management and high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
A minimum of three years in asset protection within multi-unit retail settings is required.
The annual base salary ranges from $105,570 to $117,990, with potential bonuses based on various factors.
