1. Develop and implement effective asset protection strategies to mitigate shrinkage, with a focus on high-risk stores.
2. Analyze asset protection activities and shrink performance to identify improvement areas.
3. Collaborate with store and regional management to address shrinkage issues with actionable plans.
4. Conduct store audits and training programs for staff on asset protection and theft deterrence.
5. Ensure compliance with asset protection and operational procedures to safeguard company assets.
6. Investigate discrepancies and potential fraud, utilizing exception-based reporting systems.
7. Manage and develop store asset protection associates, recruiting new staff as needed.
8. Cultivate relationships with retailers, industry groups, and law enforcement.
9. Demonstrate Sephora's values in all professional interactions.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset protection within multi-unit retail environments.
2. Proven management and leadership skills to develop cohesive asset protection teams.
3. Experience handling sensitive asset protection issues with discretion and ethical integrity.
4. Proficiency in developing clear plans, policies, and procedures.
5. Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time, including overnight stays.

1. Analytical skills and proficiency with asset protection applications and MS Office.
2. Strong interviewing skills, including Wicklander-Zulawski certification.
3. Expertise in crisis management and high-pressure situations.
4. Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.

A minimum of three years in asset protection within multi-unit retail settings is required.

The annual base salary ranges from $105,570 to $117,990, with potential bonuses based on various factors.
