Sephora District Asset Protection Manager

1. Implement programs to protect company assets and ensure safety in assigned locations.
2. Hire, train, and manage Store Asset Protection Associates.
3. Develop and implement Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrinkage, focusing on high-risk stores.
4. Analyze Asset Protection activities and shrink performance to identify improvement areas.
5. Partner with store and regional management to address shrink problems with action plans.
6. Administer store audits and training programs on shrink and Asset Protection.
7. Ensure compliance with Asset Protection and operational procedures.
8. Investigate discrepancies, dishonesty, fraud, or criminal acts according to procedures.
9. Utilize exception-based reporting systems for case cultivation.
10. Develop investigative cases for potential criminal prosecution in collaboration with relevant parties.
11. Ensure operational status and maintenance of Asset Protection systems, including CCTV and alarms.
12. Cultivate relationships with retailers, industry groups, police departments, and security teams.
13. Demonstrate Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service and Teamwork.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in asset protection within multi-unit retail environments.
2. Strong management and leadership skills.
3. Experience handling sensitive Asset Protection issues ethically.
4. Knowledge of criminal and civil law in retail.
5. Experience in emergency and crisis situations.
6. Ability to develop clear plans, policies, or procedures.
7. Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time, including overnight travel.

1. Analytical skills and proficiency with computer technology, including Asset Protection applications.
2. Strong interviewing skills, including Wicklander-Zulawski certification.
3. Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.

A minimum of 3 years in asset protection within multi-unit retail environments is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $107,730.00, with potential bonuses.
