1. Develop and implement Asset Protection strategies to minimize shrinkage, particularly in high-risk stores.
2. Analyze Asset Protection activities and shrink performance to identify areas for improvement.
3. Partner with store and regional management to address shrink problems with appropriate action plans.
4. Administer store audits and training programs on shrink and Asset Protection.
5. Ensure compliance with Asset Protection and operational procedures to safeguard company assets.
6. Investigate discrepancies, dishonesty, fraud, or criminal acts in accordance with established procedures.
7. Maintain and ensure operational effectiveness of all store Asset Protection systems and programs.
8. Hire, train, and manage Store Asset Protection Associates.
9. Cultivate relationships with other retailers, industry groups, police departments, and mall security teams.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in asset protection within multi-unit retail environments.

1. Strong management and leadership skills.
2. Proficiency in handling sensitive and confidential Asset Protection issues.
3. Expertise in criminal and civil law as it applies to retail.
4. Experience in crisis management and high-pressure situations.
5. Ability to develop clear and concise plans, policies, or procedures.
6. Analytical skills and proficiency with computer technology, including Asset Protection applications and MS Office.
7. Strong interviewing skills, preferably with Wicklander-Zulawski certification.

Minimum 3 years of experience in asset protection within multi-unit retail environments.

The annual base salary range for this position is $105,570.00 - $117,990.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
