- Implement programs to protect company assets and ensure safety in assigned locations.
- Hire, train, and manage Store Asset Protection Associates.
- Develop and implement Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrinkage, focusing on high-risk stores.
- Analyze Asset Protection activities to identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with store and regional management to address shrinkage issues.
- Administer store audits and training programs on shrink and Asset Protection.
- Ensure compliance with Asset Protection procedures and investigate discrepancies.
- Utilize reporting systems to develop investigative cases and pursue criminal prosecution when necessary.
- Maintain operational Asset Protection systems, including CCTV and alarms.
- Cultivate relationships with retailers, industry groups, and law enforcement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset protection within multi-unit retail environments.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive Asset Protection issues discreetly.
- Experience in emergency and crisis management.
- Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time, including overnight stays.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in Asset Protection applications and MS Office.
- Strong interviewing skills, preferably with Wicklander-Zulawski certification.
- Ability to develop clear and concise plans and procedures.
Minimum of 3 years in asset protection in a multi-unit retail environment.
The annual base salary range is $96,390.00 - $107,730.00, with potential bonuses based on various factors.
