1. Implement programs to protect company assets and ensure safety in assigned locations.
2. Hire, train, and manage Store Asset Protection Associates.
3. Develop and implement Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrinkage, focusing on high-risk stores.
4. Analyze Asset Protection activities to identify areas for improvement.
5. Partner with store and regional management to address shrinkage issues.
6. Administer store audits and training programs on shrink and Asset Protection.
7. Ensure compliance with Asset Protection procedures and investigate discrepancies.
8. Utilize reporting systems to develop investigative cases and pursue criminal prosecution when necessary.
9. Maintain operational Asset Protection systems, including CCTV and alarms.
10. Cultivate relationships with retailers, industry groups, and law enforcement.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in asset protection within multi-unit retail environments.
2. Strong management and leadership skills.
3. Proven ability to handle sensitive Asset Protection issues discreetly.
4. Experience in emergency and crisis management.
5. Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time, including overnight stays.

1. Analytical skills and proficiency in Asset Protection applications and MS Office.
2. Strong interviewing skills, preferably with Wicklander-Zulawski certification.
3. Ability to develop clear and concise plans and procedures.

Minimum of 3 years in asset protection in a multi-unit retail environment.

The annual base salary range is $96,390.00 - $107,730.00, with potential bonuses based on various factors.
