1. Implement programs to safeguard company assets and ensure the safety of employees and clients across assigned locations.
2. Hire, train, and manage Store Asset Protection Associates.
3. Develop and execute effective Asset Protection strategies to mitigate shrinkage, with a focus on high-risk stores.
4. Analyze Asset Protection activities and shrink performance to identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with store and regional management to address shrink issues with appropriate action plans.
6. Administer and implement store audits and training programs for cast members on shrink and Asset Protection.
7. Ensure compliance with all Asset Protection and operational procedures.
8. Investigate discrepancies, dishonesty, fraud, or criminal acts in accordance with established procedures.
9. Utilize exception-based reporting systems to develop investigative cases, including potential criminal prosecution.
10. Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all store Asset Protection systems and programs.
11. Cultivate relationships with other retailers, industry groups, police departments, and mall security teams.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset protection within multi-unit retail environments.

1. Strong management and leadership skills to develop cohesive Asset Protection teams.
2. Ability to liaise effectively with store management and cross-functional teams.
3. Discretion and ethical handling of sensitive and confidential Asset Protection issues.
4. Knowledge of criminal and civil law as it applies to the retail environment.

A minimum of 3 years of asset protection experience in multi-unit retail environments is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $107,730.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
