Sephora District Asset Protection Manager

- Implement programs to safeguard company assets and ensure the safety of employees and clients across assigned locations.
- Hire, train, and manage Store Asset Protection Associates.
- Develop and execute effective Asset Protection strategies to mitigate shrinkage, with a focus on high-risk stores.
- Analyze Asset Protection activities and shrink performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with store and regional management to address shrink issues with appropriate action plans.
- Administer and implement store audits and training programs for cast members on shrink and Asset Protection.
- Ensure compliance with all Asset Protection and operational procedures.
- Investigate discrepancies, dishonesty, fraud, or criminal acts in accordance with established procedures.
- Utilize exception-based reporting systems to develop investigative cases, including potential criminal prosecution.
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all store Asset Protection systems and programs.
- Cultivate relationships with other retailers, industry groups, police departments, and mall security teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset protection within multi-unit retail environments.
- Strong management and leadership skills to develop cohesive Asset Protection teams.
- Ability to liaise effectively with store management and cross-functional teams.
- Discretion and ethical handling of sensitive and confidential Asset Protection issues.
- Knowledge of criminal and civil law as it applies to the retail environment.
A minimum of 3 years of asset protection experience in multi-unit retail environments is required.
The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $107,730.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
