Sephora Distribution Planner

- Manage the distribution process between the French and US warehouses.
- Validate stock transfers and coordinate logistics for timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with the S+ Transport Manager to prioritize purchase orders.
- Ensure visibility of stock shortages or delays to enhance customer service.
- Lead weekly and monthly meetings with the North American team.
- Ensure data consistency with EDI flow in SAP.
- Implement and monitor North American KPIs such as Fill Rate and Progress Rate.
- Act as a key user for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Graduate from a business or engineering school.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in supply chain management.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Operational knowledge of SAP.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Looker.
- Operational English proficiency.
At least 1 year of experience in supply chain management, with a preference for candidates who have experience in customer service.
Graduate from a business or engineering school.
