Sephora Distribution Center Specialist

1. Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.
2. Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
3. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
4. Adhere to all company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations.
5. Comply with all company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
6. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as per company standards.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
8. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including working any designated shift and overtime as needed.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.

1. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
