Sephora Distribution Center Specialist

1. Perform a variety of operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.
2. Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
3. Respond proactively to direction from leadership team, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
4. Comply with all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations.
5. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
6. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Beginner level experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
