Sephora Distribution Center Specialist

1. Perform operational office and clerical duties including waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.
2. Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures to maintain integrity of work and production output.
3. Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
4. Respond proactively to directions from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
5. Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations to supervisory personnel.
6. Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
7. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as per company standards.
8. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
9. Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.

1. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.

Beginner level experience required, preferably in a distribution center or warehouse environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay ranges from $18.50 to $19.80 per hour. Certain work schedules may qualify for shift differential pay.
