1. Perform operational office and clerical duties such as wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.
2. Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures to maintain work integrity and production output.
3. Train floor associates in departmental methods and procedures.
4. Respond proactively to directions from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
5. Comply with safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations to supervisory personnel.
6. Adhere to Company Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
7. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, accommodating shift and overtime requirements.
8. Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.

1. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems or menu-driven applications.
2. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and detail-oriented.
6. Strong communication skills with associates and vendors.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
9. Ability to prepare professional correspondence.
10. Proactive and team-oriented demeanor.

Beginner level experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
