Sephora Distribution Center Specialist

1. Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.
2. Follow established standard operating procedures to ensure work integrity and production output.
3. Train floor associates in departmental methods and procedures.
4. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
5. Adhere to company, state, and OSHA safety rules and report safety violations.
6. Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
7. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
8. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.

1. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or menu-driven applications.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
