Sephora Distribution Center Specialist

- Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.
- Follow established standard operating procedures to ensure work integrity and production output.
- Train floor associates in departmental methods and procedures.
- Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
- Adhere to company, state, and OSHA safety rules and report safety violations.
- Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
- Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
- Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or menu-driven applications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic math skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
