1. Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.
2. Follow established company standard operating procedures to ensure integrity of work and production output.
3. Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
4. Respond proactively to direction from leadership team, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
5. Adhere to Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations.
6. Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
7. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule.
8. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented.
6. Effective communication skills with associates and vendors.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
8. Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
9. Ability to prepare professional-level correspondence.
10. Proactive to business needs.
11. Ability to work closely and effectively with others, promoting teamwork.
12. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
