Sephora Distribution Center Specialist

1. Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.
2. Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
3. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
4. Adhere to all company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations.
5. Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
6. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards.

1. Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and detail-oriented.
6. Strong communication skills with associates and vendors.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
8. Flexibility to change and handle multiple priorities.
9. Ability to prepare professional-level correspondence.

Beginner level experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
