Sephora Distribution Center Specialist

1. Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and paperwork management.
2. Generate departmental reports and maintain thorough knowledge of departmental operations.
3. Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
4. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
5. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations to supervisory personnel.
6. Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
7. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
8. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
9. Ensure integrity of assigned work and production output by following established standard operating procedures.

1. Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and detail-oriented.
6. Strong communication skills with associates and vendors at multiple levels.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
8. Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
9. Ability to prepare professional-level correspondence.
10. Proactive approach to business needs.
11. Teamwork-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
