Sephora Distribution Center Specialist

1. Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and paperwork management.
2. Generate departmental reports and maintain thorough knowledge of departmental operations.
3. Train floor associates in preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
4. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
5. Ensure compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations.
6. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
8. Adhere to company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.

1. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Entry-level experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
