1. Perform operational office and clerical duties such as wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and paperwork management.
2. Generate departmental reports and maintain a thorough knowledge of departmental operations.
3. Train floor associates in preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
4. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
5. Comply with all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including OSHA standards.
6. Adhere to Company Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
8. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.

1. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems or menu-driven applications.
2. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and detail-oriented.
5. Effective communication skills with associates and vendors.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Flexibility to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
8. Ability to prepare professional correspondence.

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
