1. Execute operational office and clerical duties such as wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and report generation.
2. Adhere to established standard operating procedures to ensure work integrity and production output.
3. Train floor associates in departmental methods and procedures.
4. Respond proactively to leadership direction from Shift Coordinators and management.
5. Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, and regulations, including proper work attire.
6. Report safety violations to supervisory personnel.
7. Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain acceptable attendance.
8. Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
9. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including shift work and overtime as needed.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent

1. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or menu-driven applications
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
3. Basic math skills
4. Effective problem-solving abilities

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80 per hour. Certain schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
