Sephora Distribution Center Specialist

- Execute operational office and clerical duties such as wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and report generation.
- Adhere to established standard operating procedures to ensure work integrity and production output.
- Train floor associates in departmental methods and procedures.
- Respond proactively to leadership direction from Shift Coordinators and management.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, and regulations, including proper work attire.
- Report safety violations to supervisory personnel.
- Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain acceptable attendance.
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including shift work and overtime as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or menu-driven applications
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic math skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Strong independent work capability

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80 per hour. Certain schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
