1. Perform operational office and clerical duties including waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.
2. Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
3. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
4. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations to supervisory personnel.
5. Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
6. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong independent work capability.
6. Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
8. Professional correspondence preparation skills.
9. Proactive and team-oriented demeanor.

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
